  • A payment email will be sent to you, kindly make payment within 2 business days for processing of order.

Shipping/Delivery  Local Delivery Options  

• Normal Postage is included for all sample kit orders. For Ala Carte orders, please add $1.50 for normal postage.
• If you would like to upgrade your postage to Registered Mail, kindly add $2.24 to the final amount due.
• Registered Mail is included for all full size kit orders.   
• Registered Mail is Highly Recommended to ensure your order gets to you.
• Should you opt for self-collection, you will be advised upon order submission on the final amount due.
• Local courier delivery is possible at $6 (for ala carte orders) or an additional $3.50 for kits with registered postage included or $4.50 for kits with normal postage included. 

Overseas Delivery Options (via Singapore National Post) 

 

 

• SpeedPost Air Parcel (no tracking) – approximately 6-12 business days
  • Malaysia & Brunei : S$2
  • Rest of Asia: S$4
  • Rest of the World: S$7
• SpeedPost Air Parcel (with tracking) – Add an additional S$2 on top of the shipping cost quoted above.

For Overseas Delivery, the charges quoted are based on the lowest base of 250g. Should your order be heavier than this, a quotation will be emailed to you based on the weight of your package. Should you decide not to proceed, your initial payment via Paypal will be refunded to you.  

Terms & Conditions      

• All orders must be fully paid within 3 days from the date of order submission before the processing of orders.
• Orders will automatically be cancelled should Apothéke not receive the payment within 3 days from the date of ordering or sending of confirmation email to our customers.
• Orders will be collated and sent out every Thursday and all customers will be advised once their order is sent.
• Apothéke is not responsible for any mail package lost in transit either locally or overseas.
• There will be no cancellation of orders once full payment has been received.
• No refunds will be entertained once payment has been made unless items are out of stock.
• Apothéke reserves the right to make any changes to the terms and conditions at any time.
